I bought 3 compact crib mattresses (3 in.) online from Cribs.com on Feb. 19. I only received 1 box of mattress. I called FEDERAL EXPRESS about it, they said there was only 1 box of mattress that was delivered to my address.
I have e-mailed and called Cribs.com several times and just getting the run-around and keeps transferring my call to different people.
I still need to receive 2 crib mattresses and they don't tell me when they are going to send them to me. I told them I need a refund if they are not going to send the merchandise that I ordered and paid for already.
