Unsafe operation, car was damaged, parking area by employee, management not responding

OK, I was getting materials for a 3 unit appartment i own, and my Jeep was damaged by an unsafe "home-made" stop sign in the compaies parking lot.
Let me say this first, the parking area where it was damaged, is not for parking, since the hurricane this area is used to pickup materials. The way it works is like a drive through. For lumber, sheetrock etc...
You drive through this area and get what you need, then pay for it at the end of the gate. This is all enclosed by fences.

I had pulled in to get some sheetrock, and 2 people pushing a cart knocked over a stop sign. The cart had long 2x4's on it, they swung around and hit the stop sign.
The stop sign is about 3ft tall, and the bottom of it is sitting in a 5 gallon bucket, with about 1/3 bag of cement at the bottom to secure it. It could be knocked over in a light wind.

I didnt really see what happened, i heard something hit my car.

My contractor said he saw 2 people pushing the cart, one had a home depot vest on.

I went to talk to who i thought it was, and there was a home depot guy was running a forklift in the way. The lift operator wouldnt let me pass. He also didnt want to deal with the problem. I found another employee that tried to help me. He talked to the guy who hit my car.
And got the licence plate of the car that drove away,

A manger came out and took a report, photos etc...
Someone was supposed to call em in a 1-2 days.
No one did. I left several message with employees for a manager to call no one did

After calling the corporate office, i spoke to the manager and he told me to call their insurance company.

The insurance company didnt have anything on file for me.

I spoke to the manager again, he said it was out of his hands, to speak to the insurace company.

Finally, i found they had spelled my name wrong.
THEN... The insurance company said there was no case, that it was between me and whomever hit myy truck.
I called again to try and speak with someone else at the insurance company, and they were going to look into it and call em back. They never did.

I have spent hours on the phone talking to supervisors at the corporate office, but no-one from the main store calls me back.

The corporate office CANT make oubound calls unless its a 3-way call wtih me on the line. I cant understand this policy.

They talk to the manager, who is supposed to call me back, but NEVER does.

Everyone passes the buck, and i spend hours on the phone, and nothing gets done. I am at the end of my rope

Hopefully someone from Home depot will see this...
I spend abaout 50,000 a year with them renovating houses.

Try and call and talk to a manager, if you can, youll be put on hold for 20 mins, and never talk to one...
