I purchased a stainless steel fridge from Home Depot it was delivered damaged. I call the local store where I purchased it and it took at least 10 mins for someone to answer the phone. The Assistant Store manager continues to lie and tells me he contacted LG company when in fact he didn't even know where the damage was. I asked to speak to the Store Manager and he was going to give me a number knowing that the store manager wasn't there. This was his way of getting rid of me. I called him out on that. I called Corporate Home Depot to make a complaint and the Call Center rep was just as rude. Her name was Candy, which I'm sure no one cares. She asked me a questioned and didn't even allow me to speak to answere the question. This is the worst experience and I don't think I will be returning until the current management is removed. Unfortantly the sales associate will take the heat for this and it isn't his fault at all. If management know what they were doing and didn't lie to the customers than maybe the customers would be happy and not waste their time.
