Misrepresentation of quality of merchandise ripoff

We purchased a bedroom set. The furniture was represented as top of the line quality which should last a lifetime. The bed frame side support collapsed within 18 months. We called to complain and were told that at the time we purchased the set the warranty was one year. Their new warrany period is only 90 days.
