Hello Everyone,

Yes they did sell my home after I called the Real Estate Fraud Division at Sacramento Police Dept. Sgt. Scott (I believe his name was) Called Ira and spoke with him on 2/27/06 and according to what he told me that he informed them that they needed to go ahead and put the house in escrow and sell it and get in out of my name.

They had people living in the house and the loan was still in my name and they had not obtained a loan for the house. The house closed escrow on 3/7/06 i also complained to the BBB this company sent a reponse to BBB stating (they sent me a new product) because i was dissatisfied with their service.

I replied back to the BBB stating if they sent me a product I must have missed it because I still have not to this day received this product and the complaint # is 98093381 with the BBB. I don't believe that I ever stated the price of the alarm system the total price of the system is $1,439.64 under contract #137665 with Alarm One - I supplied Alarm One with the police report and they are still expecting me to pay for the monitoring according to my contract

They just sent me a bill dated 4/5/06 for $191.06 and are threatening to take me to court to fulfill my contract i could have fulfill my contract if my alarm system had not been stolen by the parties involved here. This goes on my credit not theirs and they say that i left the house abandon - they knew about the system they said they would take it over - they say it is not their fault than who is at fault? & ($191.06)
$43.00 of this amount is the monitoring fee and the rest is late fees-

When i entered into this transaction with this company i was asked several times by Ira via e-mail when was i going to vacate the house i did not abandon my house and the e-mail will prove that. When you are in the business of real estate you already know that they can be all kinds of liens against property that you are purchasing so that statement goes without saying it only speaks to the intergrity of this company practices. I have not misstated anything about this ordeal I only spoke the truth now you judge for yourselves.

Now you be the judge here is the e-mails between me and Ira.

I went to my old home on 1/7/06 to have the system removed and to my suprise the wires that were attached to the system and the wall had been cut and the system was gone. I called stonegate properties and informed the guy that were answering the phone who i was and what i was doing there and that i had come to get the system and i was gone. He told me that he would have someone by the name of Manning call me back and he nor Manning called back so i called him back he told me that the contractor he spoke with told him that he did remember seeing the system and that i was there when he left. The alarm people did show up and remove what was left of the sensors some parts were left behind and sweeped in a trash pile in the laundry room. I did file a police report for the stolen property the guy at stone gate properties stated that he would give names of the people that worked in the house could you please make sure this information is forwarded to me so that i can furnish it to the police.

I have canceled my homeowners insurance on this house and I have put in a request to cancel the flood insurance I just placed Oct. 10. The flood insurance company want me to provide them with a HUD settle statement or my escrow papers before they will refund my money. Can you provide me with documentation so that i can get my refund?

I signed a three year contract on the alarm and if i wanted to cancel early their will be a early termination fee of $299.00. Therefore I will come and have the alarm removed and place at my current location unless you want to pay the early termination fee and put it in your name.

Can someone be at the home on friday so I can get the alarm? I also canceled the homewarranty on this house if you want it you can call that company and request one i was paying for it on a montly basis.

I sent Ira an e-mail stating that I had canceled the homeowners insurance on the house and I was canceling the flood insurance but the insurance company for the flood wants proof that the house has been sold. I gave them a copy of the Title but they want more. Can you provide me with this proof?

The alarm that is on the house is under a 3 year contract and if i wanted to terminate the contract early i will have to pay $299.00. I will not pay
this amount i will come and have the system disconneted and take it with me and fulfil my contract. I asked Ira to have someone at the house on friday so that i can have the technicans come out and disconnect the system. Please have him to respond as soon as possible.

Now when i initially called you about selling my house you asked me how many payments behind i was and i told you that i was one payment behind meaning October payment. If you noticed on the payment statement from littion it is showing that the next payment due is from 10/1. You still need to make another payment on this account. If you have any questions you can reach me at 916-. Also, please let me know when this payment is mailed out so that i can inform Litton when the payment was mailed and the amount.
