I had Adrian Horton of Horton Total Service perform some work on my home. I paid him in full at the end of the job, two weeks later I recieved a call from his employee (Jeffery Vanderdonck a Contractor) informing me he did not get paid from Adrian and he was putting a lein on my home, He then called back and said if I paid him $400.00 he would not a lein on my home he said Adrian was supposed to pay hom $1000.00. I paid for this job in full and did not get a lein waiver signed I am taking these guys to court to get this resolved but it sure is a waste of time and I feel they may have done this to others who just paid them off. I did not have any dealings with Jeffery Vanderdonck and never met him until I saw him working on my home one day for Adrian.
