A few months ago I purchased saint & statesman by douglas dales but when it arrived the book was damaged. As a fair man I understand these things happen and proceeded to contact this company to arrange a replacement. It was told this is not possible as the book was in perfect condition when it arrived (which it may of been) but when it arrived at my location is was certainly not. After many telephone calls and emails I have given up on this business and will no longer use them. I would not recommend them at all.
