We were looking to buy a second vehicle and found an ad on craigslist that advertised one that looked good and was promising. It was at a used car lot called Maleks Cars and Trucks the person advertising was named Adrian. We meet with Adrian and test drove the car, everything seemed fine
we processed to purchase the vehicle in cash in full. We were so excited to have a second vehicle we forgot all about the title. We had called Adrian the next day and asked about the title and he says that it was in pheonix and they would by monday which was 4 days after we bought the car. We were okay with that.
Monday came along and Adrian failed to tell us the car didnt passed emissions and that we couldnt have the title until they worked on the car so it would pass. We again fine with that.
The day we took the car to get a part it needed to pass emission. Adrian said they just took the car to get diagnosed and that the parts would be there in a few days and we would get the title then.
