We hired AmericSpec to inspect a house we were looking at buying. They came out did their job. After we were in we noticed things that should have been reported. So we could called them back out he was here 10 minuts or so. Did not see they problems.
Called a cleaning crew because of the filth at that time we were told it was not dirt but SOOT. So either there was a fire or alot of candle burning. Then a carpet man came to the house same day - was in the entry and said when was the fire in this house due to the smoke damgae on the carpets!
So we of course were sick that this has happened - So before I can do anything we need to have the house professionaly cleaned in the tune of 7900! And all carpets replaced in the tune of 8900! And paint 6500 ~ Then we were all so told that all three tiolets need to be replaced 1500.

The third time they came was the owner - He saw the ghosting on the walls and said it is from snmoke it goes to the coldest wall. NOW why was that not told to us before we bought?
We are seeking help from the Attorney Generals office and a Legal help for the pass owners on not disclosing these problems.
AmericSpec failed us - we should have been told these things before buying!
I have asthma and have been told living in this house is going to cause health issues. I have to small children and dont feel safe living in these conditions.
Carpets have animal urine throught out the house! I should have been on that because the house was so full of poppiery!
