On or about April 17th I had Pendleton Gas service inc install a wall furnace.
They installed the furnace except for the top of the furnace where the vent goes into the chimney. And stated in a week or two they would finish the installation when they got the part. The contract stated that I would pay 850 and the balance when the job was done. Thinking all they had to do was a 2 hr job I paid the full $1,750. On April 22,005
I have called 4 times and keep getting the brush off. I am disabled and have a hard time getting around have chronic obstructive lung disease and am on oxygen at times. I think he is putting me off because I am unable to do anything.
Reported them to the BBB on 10/28 and they have contacted them twice but have not heard from them.
Losing heat up out of the hole that is left unfinished obove the furnace.ccosting me for lost heat plus natural gas has increased. Put furnace in to save heat this year, but is coasting me more for heat than ever.
Don't know what to do. On a fixed income am on social security.
