I noticed Some other usacomplaints.com about this product and company and the Same thing has happened to me. I ordered 1 vaccuum, I recieved 4 in the mail and was billed for 4!!! I called and emailed several times until I was finally able to talk to a real person who instructed me to send back the ones I didn't want that the computer 'accidentally' multiplied my order. I was forced to pay both shiping the unordered vaccuums to and from my house which is where I lost even MORE money over this issue.
They were returned with delivery confirmation, I researched if they were claimed a month later because I still have not recieved my refund. The vaccuums were claimed I called and called and spoke to a woman who then explained how my refund was not processed yet... She then processed it over the phone with me and said the refund will show on my next credit card statement. I waited for two credit card statements to pass and still NO REFUND! I called and the number I had was always busy and I could not get through. Finally after looking online I found the number on this ripoff site and called. A lady explained to me the line other line is busy because they ony have one line (??) What kind of bussiness only has ONE LINE!!!
They too told me it had not been processed and it will take an additional 10 bussiness days to go to my credit card.
We'll see!!!
This is rediculous and a complete ripoff! I will never order anything off the TV or from this company EVER AGAIN!!
