On Sept. 1, I talked to Marria, I asked her why I got 4 lazer storms I ordered 2, she said the computer had a glitch and saw it as a double order. I told her I didn't get the steamer either and she said she will sent a shipping label to return the two lazer storms I didn't order and when you received them you would give me the credit on my account. And send the steamer I didn't get.

Now 3 weeks latter I talked to Zerlina she said you didn't get the shipping label and steamer, I see where it was in the computer. Then she told me what you do now is you contact Fed-ex and they come and pick it up and you would credit my account and send the steamer I didn't get and to wait week for fed-ex to call and pick up the lazer storms to be returned and I asked again how she was doing this she said she notifies fed-ex and they will call within the week to pick up the 2 lazer storms to be returned and when you get them you will credit my account and send the steamer. I said again I didn't get the steamer with my order, I already paid the shipping on two orders and haven't got any steamers and I shouldn't have to wait for confirmation you received the 2 lazer storms before you send the steamer.

On Sept 30 I talked to Tillea she said she sees were I called on the computer and I told her nothing has happen yet, and she was giving my account to a supervisor and she is going to call me within a week and I received no phone call. I have an answer machine and caller ID, she never called.

On Oct. 17 no answer

And now no one answers the phones.

I have tried to resolve this with you and I'm not getting anywhere.

I want to returned the 4 lazer storms and have my money returned

On 11-23-05 I called the corporate office, Phone # 212-575-0500, Mary took my Phone # and said you will call me back when the computer is working again because it is down.

As of 11-28-05 I still do not have the steamer. I paid for.

I placed order on August 21 It was shipped on August 25 Notified you on September 1, and Marria sent me a shipping label and a steamer I never received any.
I was charged 353.70

Total Should have been 156.85
You sent me 4 Singer Lazer Storms with no steamers. At the double price of 353.70.

On 11-28-05 I called the corporate office, Phone # 212-575-0500, I was put on hold for 5 min. I called again Maria said Fed - x will notified me to pick up the 4 vacuums. When they receive the 4 vacuums they will reimburse me.

As of 11-29-05 I haven't herd from Fed-x to pick up the vacuums.

On 11-29-05 I called the corporate office, Phone # 212-575-0500, I talked to Mary and again her computer was down, I told her she used that excuse last week and never called me back That was on 11-23-05. I Wanted confirmation Fed-x was notified.
