Singer Lazer charged my account $353 I approved $196. Singer sent 4 vaccuums and I ordered 2 with a steamer. I didn't receive the steamer.
I talked to a representive on July 20th and left a detailed message for them to call me back. I called daily after that. I was on hold for 93 minutes and got disconnected after that. This happens daily. I orginally wanted to keep 2 of the vaccums and send 2 back but they say I have to pay the shipping for them. I already paid $74 for them to ship the wrong amount of items.
