Unfinished Job, Poor Workmanship, Took the money and ran Ripoff

I contracted with the above to have all of my windows replaced as well as have the siding replaced. A $32,000.00 remodel!

What i got was sloppy service and a sloppy job.

The job was "finished" on august 23rd 2005.

I was told that the caulk and my windows / doors would be repaired shortly...

I am STILL waiting to have the caulk job completed as well as my new sliding door repaired...

The dumpster that the company contracted to have on site was never removed... That is, until i contacted the company myself and threatened to take a blow torch to it so that i could dispose of it...

Come to find out, the dumpster guy has not been paid in quiet some time... Hence, the no rush to remove...

I have tried contacting the individuals i have dealt with during the whole process as well as the owner... They are always conveinantly "not available"...

Long and short of it is that to fix their screw ups, it will take about another 5 to 6 thousand dollars...

Needless to say, i am pursuing legal action...

Just waiting for my written quotes to come in...
