They provided terrible windows, doors and siding. The quality is awful and the doors and windows leak. The now rusting sheet rock screws' (that's right sheet rock screws) that were used to install the brass kick plates, hardware, hinges, stops to hang heavy exterior doors are disintegrating and falling off not to mention all the permanent rust stains. The installation was very poor and the so-called warranty is non-existent.
I have spent countless hours and it's been several years wasted trying to get the doors and windows they put in my home repaired or replaced to no avail. I even offered to install them myself if I could get any replacement parts. I have many pictures of the damaged areas, rotten wood, ruined carpets and sub floors that had to be repaired or replaced they were so rotten. There is mold growing in places where you can actually see the water dripping in through most, if not all the doors. There is serious problem with this Barrier Window System Company. So please, please save you money and choose a different company. Choose a reputable, honest company that you can count on. Whatever you do stay as far away from the Barrier Windows in New York State, you will thank yourself someday. See the proof here
