I contracted with Obermiller Seamless to furnish and install windows on my new house. I was told they had a lifetime warranty, no matter the reason for failure. Almost immediately, one window cracked and the seal between the two panes on several others failed. They replaced the first two, but it took them three months of winter and early spring weather to do that. When I complained about waiting so long, Barry Obermiller said they weren't going to replace any more. I had to replace the rest myself. The contract also specified aluminum screens instead of fiberglas. Patio door screens came with fiberglas. Barry said they don't make then with fiberglas, and told me to take them to Ace Hardware myself to have them changed. I told him that was their responsibility, but he refused. Basement windows leak water during rainstorms due to poor installation. They refuse to do anything about it. Some windows fog up during cold and damp weather. Air leaks in around patio doors, which do not open without great effort. Patio screens blow off in mild Nebraska winds and can't be used. Obermiller Seamless used very poor quality windows and poor installation, and they refuse to take any correction action. BBB has been absolutely no help.
