Roto Rooter seems to have organization and staff problems. They do not complete the work, give you a bunch of excuses and we will do's and then don't. Same old story, with no results. I spent good money in good faith and got poor service and no results. Even had one of the workers smoke in the building after he was asked not to smoke. Very incompetent.
Equipment doesn't work, and then they have the whole repair story. Don't understand why a company as big a Roto Rooter only has limited or one piece of equipment. How can you run a business like that. This is not a one man show. They have informed me that their supervisor won't be in this area for another 5 days. Great now I have a commercial building that smells like S_t, well you know.
