Add my wife to your list of consumers taken in by this fraud. She also order 1, and was to get one free along with the steamer. She ended up receiving 4 vacuums and a free FM radio! Can't quite figure the correlation there...
Anyway, we have filed a complaint with the BBB (we were #59 at the time) and also contacted our attorney generals office who sent them a letter. We also contacted the credit card company 2 weeks ago, and still no response from them.
Like everyone else, we tried to phone "customer service" at the 800# and could only get the automated response to e-mail them. We tried to e-mail them, and after the 2nd e-mail we got a response to call the 800#. I found 3 other 800#'s plus one local number, but all gave me the same automated recording.
This is such an obvious scam!
