Ok, After reading all the other reports, I am in the same boat with them. I watched the infomercial, fell for it, called the number, and ordered. I *thought* I said no when they asked about the 2nd set, but after being billed almost $500 (the exact amount escapes me for the moment) and waiting for over 2 months, I got an email saying the my order had shipped. "Woohoo!" thought I. Well, the box arrived today and I was mighty surprised to pull out 4 Singer Lazer storm vacuums instead of 2 and the steamer. Well, I figured hell it's already paid for, so I guess I'll just sell the others to get some of my money back. It's easier than dealing with the lame non-existent customer service. Well anyway, my big gripe is not only was I falsely led to believe i had only ordered the 2 vacs and a steamer, but also that when the order arrived, I didn't have a steamer at all! Where is my steamer???
