Ripoff with the voice message order, you can not talk to a person, all looped recordings, Angeles

The order was for one Lazer Storm vacuum on 9-6-05, for $119.85. With this you get #2 LS vacuum for a S&H charge $9.89/each Also you get the Steamer for a S&H charge $6.95

One box arrived 9-12-05, with 4 LS vacuum's
One box arrived 9-13-05, with 1 Lazer Steamer
Total charged $375.13
