No service uncaring no quality control unsatisfactory customer service is and understatement ripoff

I am so frustrated from the way Ashley Furniture has handled my purchase. I spent $22,000 on April 2, furnishing my home, to say the least I'm very upset.
I had one of their designer's come to my home and help me
she was very helpful, but I returned 1 piece because there was not enough room in the Great Room. They say I have to pay 30% restocking fee. (I feel that when I had there designer come to my home she should of realized it would not fit.)

The furniture that I received June 6th had many defects and missing some of the furniture. The technician that was to repair defects was unable to come to my home till July 19th, when he arrived he put a bed together that had not been done correctly. He said that with all the defects they will need at least 4 hours to fix all the damaged furniture.

I have been living with tape all over my furniture for over 3 months (marking the defects). The Technician said he had to order parts and UPS would be delivering them to my home, to this day September 12th I have not received them. I called numerous times trying to get
different things corrected, sometimes the Manager would return calls but mostly would not.

I cannot list everything that has gone on, please help!
Frustrated and Sick of it!!
