We made a deposit and placed an order for furniture in March. We never heard from the salesperson and had to call repeatedly to find out about our order which took much longer than we were told. We were given an estimate that delivery would cost about $400.00 to $600.00 so we planned on $600.00. The delivery actually cost $1,000.00 and the furniture was damaged. We have tried through phone calls, letters and a personal visit to the store where we met with the sales person and store manager. They promised to get back to us the following week. That was a year ago and we have written since but no response of any kind. We live out of state. Do not buy from Ladlow's as their customer service does not exist. We were, we believe, overcharged for freight and damaged furniture.
