After puchasing thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Ashley Furniture they treated me like my business didn't matter at all. They delivered a damaged bed to me that looked like one of the side rails had been caught in a conyeyor belt and was hacked up with gauges all over it. I demanded a new one to replace the damaged. I paid for NEW furniture, not used/damaged/repaired furniture. I was told that it was company policy and the customer service people all refused to even transfer me to a manager or to provide me with the name of a manager.
They refused to do anything further for me; my choices keep the damaged furniture or bring the side rail to their warehouse to have someone inspect it and repair it. I literally purchased furniture for an entire home from this place and they treated me terrible. They were one table short on an order. I was told it was on backorder, but when I called customer service to find out when it was due, I was told I had already picked it up and I already had it! I informed then that was not the case. They informed me that they would "do an inventory check" and if an extra one was unnacounted for, they would contact me. Otherwise I already had it! They acted like I was trying to steal another table so that I could have two!
After three weeks of phone calls, they finally called me one day, chipper as can be and informed me that my "table" had just come in, like nothing ever happened before. This is the worst company customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Be careful when you consider buying furniture here. I will never again purchase a thing from this store. When I had them unpack my furniture at their warehouse, 30% of it was damaged and needed repair. Next time I'll buy from a more reputable store when I expect new condition furniture.
