I ordered a corner chest on 2/14/04, received confirmation and a credit card charge for the order and shipping on 2/16. On 4/26, I received an email notification of being double billed due to a "system error" and that a credit would be issued shortly.
On 5/26, I received an email that the order was cancelled due to problems with the company in Mexico and that credit could take up to 8 weeks. I have tried to contact them by phone, email and fax since August, threatening legal action if I did not get a response. They acknowledged their error, and confirmed that the $468.90 was in the process of being refunded.
A few more emails since that date... No responses. No money. They are being reported to the BBB and Attorney General for fraud.
