I thought I found the perfect home furniture store - until we discovered that Cassona Home Furnishings is stealing people's money.
One time I was there, there was a customer screaming at the owner because of his lies. He was promising her the furniture she ordered and kept giving her excuses when she would show up to pick it up.
We decided to order a leather cushion for the couch we had purchased from them. The owner, Jose Fernandez, said this cushion would take 4-6 weeks. After about 8 weeks, we contacted him to see what the deal was. He promised the cushion would be ready on that following Monday. After no phone call from him, we decided to go by the store on that Tuesday. To our suprise, the cushion was laying on the counter and had not even been worked on! The owner was not there at this time.
We went back the next day to ask for a refund, but he refused to give us our money back. Now we see why there are other customers complaining about this company. They steal your money and your goods!!!
