Ripoff signed a contract in May and pool is still not completed

In May we signed a contract with Blue Haven Pools. Pool was to be completed 59 days from date first dig. This finally occured after several calls asking when work would begin.

The first day of dig was 7/5. As of today 3/5 our pool is still not completed. It is virtually impossible to get any information from anyone their office. They do not return calls.

Each time you call you get the same excuse from each employee that they are new and not certain what is going on. It serves no purpose to speak with the (franchise) owner Greg - each time you speak to him he acts like he has no knowledge of my problem (this happended at least on 3 occurences).

From 7 - to present, we have gone thru at least 4 field managers. Most recently, on 3/3 someone actually showed up we have not seen or heard from anyone since October and he stated that our pool was the oldest one that had not been completed. However, could not give any date when would be completed. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Blue Haven did not respond to any of the BBB letters)

Currently, I am in the process of filing a complaint with the CA State Board of Contractors.
