Blue Haven Pools in West Palm Beach has got to be one of the most pathetic, sorry pools companies on the planet! As far as I can see, it looks like the entire nationwide franchise offers the same no good business tactics!
Beware Consumers... There are many choices when it comes to spending your money on a pool. If you use Blue Haven you can expect lies, deception, lip service, poor customer service, or no customer service at all, delay after delay... I could go on and on.
My contract was signed in October it is now late June and my pool tile isn't even on yet... All I get is the runaround!
I now have an attorney and went to some news stations for a consumer report to let people know what is happening with this company.
Pi*ed with no Pool!!!
