We signed our Blue Haven Contract in October and as of July 8, we still are not complete! Blue Haven has no regard for the contract dates, and they seem to want to be sued!
We can not get any results! The Blue Haven website is full of lies! The "Customer Care Hotline" is a joke... No one ever responds! Our contractor Vicki is inncompetent... She couldn't tell if the pump was working (which is wasn't), my husband had to show her!
Blue Haven has been paid in full... Yet still are not done! The contract states "59" days, which put completion in March, yet they don't care, they don't respond. Customer Service is a four letter word as far as they are concerned. They have our money and would rather deal with us in court that to just FINISH OUR POOL! How hard is that?
If you choose Blue Haven, plan to be treated very badly. Plan to have no phone calls returned, and plan to pay for a pool you won't get. Plan to have contractual fraud. Plan to become very familiar with the Better Business Bureau and your State Contractor's Board. My advise, choose a different company.
