Blue Haven Pools is a national fraud and should be avoided at all costs! They are a sham front for local fly by night construction contractors who go out of business leaving you with nothing. There isn't a national Blue Haven office or support line, only a fraudulent phone number to leave unreturned messages. Our pool contractor, Martinelli Construction was a joke that refused to even complete the job before going out of business. No calls have been returned or any direction on how to get our pool completed.
All calls to Blue Haven have gone unreturned. Now, their website doesn't even show an Illinois office. We are now forced to get an attorney involved and somehow try to get another pool company to finish the job. We have been completely SCREWED BY BLUE HAVEN POOLS!!!
