I met with the salesman and went with this company specifically because we needed the install that week. I met with him on Tuesday and we scheduled a Friday install. Friday they never showed up. When I called, they told me they came and no one was here so they left. I asked for a supervisor and he told me that they called me from the driveway and no one answered so they left. they were supposed to be here between 8-9am. I was home in my home office that faces my driveway from 8am to 12pm with a friend waiting for them. My landscapers were here as well. 5 adults can attest to the fact no one showed up yet he continued to tell me that they were in my driveway. When I asked why they didn't come to the front door that was wide open, he said they called and no one was there. He called me a liar and told me he could reschedule for the following week. we are selling the house and specifically went with them for the timing. there is no other available contact numbers for this company other that the ones that all go to this man. I am beside myself with the service and the fact that I paid in full and have no carpet.
