No!! The business is not satisfactory. I would like to proceed in this matter until they come correct and send my money. They have not reached out to me once; I am always the one calling them, and they have a nasty attitude, so unprofessional. Yes, they did send a check in the amount of $956.22, and yes, I returned the check to Alliance Group. I disagree with what they have done, which was nothing. I was hurt by the amount they tried giving me: out of $6500.00 they want to give me $956.22. That's not right or fair. I'm not going back and forth about my daughter; she's not the primary focus here. I want what is due to me and let's be fair about it. My daughter has the right to be involved; she's my caregiver and authorized representative on everything I do. He didn't have a problem when she wrote him a check, so now it's a problem.
