Installed asphalt driveway too thin

J.M. Asphalt installed an asphalt driveway at my home in November. It is guaranteed for 1 year.

There are now weeds growing up in the driveway. I have left 7 messages with the company's voice mail, no answer from them.

I did manage to speak to the son once and he told me they would be out to repair the driveway on June 19th. They never showed or called to explain. I called them again a few days later and the son told me he would be out that day, he never showed.

I then sent them a letter explaining that I had to have the driveway repaired or else I would be forced to take legal measures. No reply from them.
