Kenmore Refrigerator not working for third time - Kenmore 12 Cup Coffeemake

My Kenmore refrigerator we repaired in July and September. It now (6 Nov) not working again. I can not get the freezer below 10 degrees; it should be 0 degrees

It is so painful to empty the refrigerator.
