Sears run around trying to replace cooktop - kenmore cooktop

Ought a glass cooktop. Do not like. Want to exchange for electric coil. Have talked to 1/2 a dozen people who should not work in customer service because they don, t have a clue. Still waiting for someone to pick up cooktop and replace with new one. My whole house is from Sears. I wouldn, t so much as buy a box of cat litter from them.
