Servpro came into our home to tell me what I needed to do to get my basement dry and prevent mold. The estimator was very kind and they scheduled me right away because they had a sudden cancellation (Big surprise) - I hadn't even had a chance to think about it. I allowed them to do the work - BIG mistake. The "crew" they sent was two young guys who showed up an hour late, they just started ripping out walls without taking any time to think that I would soon be having a contractor to fix things back up. They left nails sticking out everywhere and all over the floor - all of the screws to our electrical outlets are gone - they crammed so much stuff in our basement to "dry" it out that it kept popping a breaker - I couldn't turn on my bathroom lights! They were supposed to clean the floors - that didn't happen - they were completely trashed. They didn't get the humidity level any lower than what I had it at with my ONE humidifier. They missed a wall that was included in the scope of the work to be done. This was the worst experience of my life. The flood was traumatizing enough and then to have these yahoos come in, charge me $3200 (!), and not return any of our calls about the concerns we have is just unacceptable and not worthy of recommendation or repeat business.
