Had a basement flood in May servpro was recommended by our insurance company, big mistake. Always ask for estimates, they must provide them, but it took longer to get the estimate than it did to do the work, when we got the pricing for the work that was done we were charged for work that was not done and equipment rentals that were never on our property, we were charged for wall footage that we don't have. Luckily we documented everything and fought it, but we should not have to deal with it
