Horrible Customer Service Department - Keurig Gourmet Single Cup Home Brewing System Special Edtion/Signature B60

I have one of the original Keurig s and it still works fine; however it is as loud as a freight train. I thought this was normal until my Aunt, who demonstrates these machines, said "oh no, there is something wrong with that machine. Call customer service... They're wonderful." I did today and talked to a robotic rep who followed her script to a tee which was 1- find out what model I have first (note that it is old and I may be ready to upgrade anyway), 2-pretend to listen to the machine and then say "it is normal for that model" and offer $50 off of a new machine. I am insulted that I seemed like fish in a barrel to her. I called back again to voice my frustration with the rep and had a similar experience... But this time offered an additional coupon off of a box of coffee (which I politely declined.) I asked to speak to a manager and sat on hold for 8 minutes before hanging up and writing this review. If you never have problems with your machine then it's a good buy... But if you ever need support be ready for nothing but problems and upsells!
