Problems - Platinum Brewe

I have a Keurig Platinum Coffee maker and have had multiple problems with it. It worked for a few months without issue. I only use it for about 2 or 3 cups of coffee per day. Then, the machine decided it would constantly turn itself off before brewing. I looked online for solutions with none that were effective. After multiple attempts I was able to get the timer to set. Now I have to run it on timer in order to brew.

The other issue I have had is with the cup size. Even though it is set on the large setting, it only brews a small cup. For the first few months, it did all the sizes it advertised. I have descaled the machine and done everything that was advised. The first time, customer service at Keurig was ok and spoke with me with the suggestions. Now, I have submitted my information and complaint online. However, there has been no response except the initial automated reply that said they will contact me within 2 days. Unfortunately, 2 days has come and gone without Keurig customer service.

Now I have a machine that is useless I brew several cups of coffee to make 1. This is customer no service. I am wondering if some of the raving customer reviews were planted by the company. My experience is the opposite.
