After speaking with customer care MANY times referencing same problem repeatedly I find thru reviews I am not alone. Ordered deluxe model thru QVC and had problems from the start! This unit is less than 2 years old and was used less than 3.4 times weekly. Expensive item poor quality, poor service and appears poor resolution. Customer care offered new Keurig thru purchase,!!! Really! Why would I put myself thru more FRUSTRATION. I loved the coffee and specialty drinks this machine produced when it worked.
