I am on my second Keurig brewer, and again it has stopped working. The machine will not brew a cup of coffee. With our previous machine we went through the whole "cleaning with a paperclip" two times with customer service on the phone and then finally they sent us a replacement. This time the machine is no longer under warranty so they want me to pay them to send a new one (discounted of course). Why in the world should I have to pay for a brewer that can't work more than a year and a half. I am so upset! I think the worst thing is I have another 4 packs being delivered this week and nothing to use them in. This company is a complete rip-off
