My husband bought my daughter an orange Lifeproof case for her birthday on 8/2. She wanted a teal one (Best Buy did not have it) and when he tried to return 8/28 (receipt/unopened / still on BB shopping bag) they would only give him a store credit. Apparently they changed return policy 3/13 and you only have 15 days for a return.
The smart-aleck assoc. Told him he should have read the receipt, (it's not posted at the register - I checked.). I've already bought it if I can read the receipt you idiot!!!
BEST BUY is my boycott list, if I can avoid WalMart, I can certainly survive without buying anything from BB.
