*All About Art and The Poster Gallery are different web pages for the same company*
On the 11th of November I placed an order at *www.postergallery.com* for a canvas transfer print. I subsequently emailed *[email protected]* in an effort to confirm my order, and find out estimated dates for when my credit card would be charged, and when the item would be shipped. No one ever responded to that email.
I looked up the buisiness with the New Mexico Better Buisiness Bureau, and found out that they have numerous outstanding customer complaints, very few of which have been resolved. Also, the phone number listed for their business with the BBB does not connect to an actual person - just a (unofficial) recording that says the number in not in service.
I emailed both contact addresses I could locate for this company, *[email protected]* and *[email protected]* to cancel my order, but was never contacted in return.
My credit card was never charged, and the items were never delivered, so no harm done in the long run, but think carefully about doing buisiness with a company that won't answer their phone or return emails!
