I placed an order on line with Peanut Gallery Gifts on May 5 for three kids beach chairs. On May 6th my credit card was charged. It is now June 4 and I have still received my order.
I have sent 3 emails inquiring about my order in the past month and none have been responded to. I have also called numerous times, only to receive a message stating that no one is available to take the call please try again. There is no option to leave a message either.
I am now seeking a credit for my charges on my credit card through my credit card company. I would advise anyone who is shopping on this site to abandon your order before it is placed!
