This has been quite a ride. First I sign up to get a tv. The manager gives me two weeks free and sets up a delivery time of the next day. So the next day I wait for two hours and then call to find out that I am not on the schedule and it cannot be done for another two days.
Two days later I wait for two hours and then call to find out they didn't put it on the schedule. So I go to the physical location and tell them to deliver it or tear up my contract. Later that night my tv is delivered. Well, at the same time I had ordered a futon. Later that week on the expected delivery day, guess what? Waiting again. Same situation only it took three schedulings to actually get the futon here. So much for two weeks free. Ok so I am a sucker for frustration and I go for the washer and dryer - and end up waiting AGAIN. I don't have time for this. So four days late my w/d gets delivered and it gets hooked up wrong.
So my maintenance man has to come hook it up right. When I contacted the company about shredding the dryer vent that I bought, I got no response. So now, I am sick of dealing with them. I call to say that I am going to buy the futon, but they need to pick up the tv and w/d. The first day they are coming from 3-5. Never showed up. So I make another appointment from 12-2 the next day and they never show up. I am a single mom who works and I honestly cannot afford just to sit around and wait for people that are never coming? And they never call to say they aren't coming either. When does my responsibility to reasonably accommodate these people end???
