NEVER will i shop at this store again!!! I bought a washer, dryer and tv at one of the baton rouge la locations at the time of purchase we did not choose delivery 1 because i hate dealing with rebates and 2 me and my husband both work and sitting at home waiting on a delivery wasn't a option! So they said we could pick it up at the locations we bought from at the end of the week (Friday) well i get a call from another store and was told i had to pick up from there location because the store i bought from no longer allowed pick up! #??? Wth? So i was upset because i had someone going to the location i bought from to pick everything up and he couldn't go to the other location... Errrr! I call corporate which was no help just wanted me to pay the delivery rebate and have it del or go pick it up in Beaumont TX!!! Wait what??? Thats 5 hours from me! Pist off by now i call back to the store and just said fine ill pick up at ur other location but it's in right? Yes ma"am its here... Ok my husband takes off work today goes to pick it up and the dryer is notthere!!! So i call corporate she said im sorry ill send u a gift card for one of our stores. REALLY???!! I wouldn't step foot in ur store ever again so keep ur gift card and hung up! So i guess since i sold my other washer and dryer ill be at the laundry matt this week. I wish i would have read all the complaints this store had before i ever walked in the doo
