You: He came, told me what I was "really" paying... Checked my Maytag Dryer and which was working when he came-but squeaking-he left and it didn't work. I have called and asked for a call back-3 hours ago...
Matthew Peterson: I am sorry for the inconvenience that the dryer is not working even after getting diagnosed by our technician.
You: I also want a refund on my $75 that I got scammed into paying... I am very, very vocal and very irritated at the lack of a call this morning at 0730 when he arrived, and that I could not cancel. Then he came and broke the dryer.

Since the that chat I have called 4 (FOUR) times was put on hold with silence for over 10 minutes, disconnected 3 other times. Those agents (live person) were:
Josh, Ryan, Charlie and Casey.
I was told that I would get a call back... Never happened.
This all started at 0730 on 4/24.
I want my $80 dollars they have pending credited back... And a technician to come back and correct my dryer to the way it was before he started. Squeaking... But working!
