Danville violated repeatidly violated a disabled clients' civil rights, subjected client to segregation, emtional abuse, breached contract

A disabled client named matthew once had services through Danville Services. Danville services provides services to over 200 clients in the southern Nevada area. There also offer recreational services for their clients at Willow Creek and take them out on events such as bowling, eating at hotel buffets, sightseeing Vegas area attractions. However be advised that it appears Danville prefers working with upper class families clients mostly in the summerlin area and other high class affluent areas, clients that come from poor families or families in less classy areas of town might be subject to discrimination.

While he was there, the program in home Supportive Living Arrangement services director Jennifer Peterson created a separate program for him than was provided to other clients, hired a staff named Brandon and told him to take matthew on lone retreats away from the rest of the group. While the group was sightseeing and having fun with each other, matthew was Ostracized. Jennifer Peterson who was the program director even told him that he would be happier alone and away from the group despite the fact he had requested to be with the group.

In once case even when Matthew was allowed to go to to the Sun Coast casino bowling alley with the rest of the group, matthew was given a separate bowling lane about two or three lanes away from the rest of the group. Matthew was also never allowed to attend activities on Saturdays even though all other clients were. Despite the fact that Danville was being paid by the state of Nevada, they violated state anti-discrimination laws repeatedly when handling Matthews' case

This type of prejudice treatment continued despite Matthews' objection and complaints of unfair treatment. When Matthew did complain, Jennifer Peterson began to verbally slander him, tear down his self esteem make harassing phone calls and threaten to terminate services. On August 31st Danville terminated Matthews in home SLA contract, despite the fact that a year long service agreement was signed. Danville staff never gave any reason for the termination of services. They never even sent the 30 termination notice that is standard when a clients' case is closed.

Jennifer Peterson then proceeded to lie to Medicaid and the Desert Regional Center that Matthew had requested of services when in reality Danviill staff had engaged in vicious violations of matthews' civil rights, subjected him to emtional abuse, neglect and continous segregation. Fraudulent letters were sent to DRC staff and to Medicaid which resulted in Matthew losing his medicaid SLA benefits and being permanently blacklisted at Desert Regional Center

When Matthews' parents complained, Mark Inouye who is in charge of Danville Serivces not only refused to hear the complaint, he sided with Jennifer Peterson and other staff that had violated the clients civil rights. Danville Serivces is a prejudice organization that should be avoided any clients who care about there civl rights.
