After 2 1/2 years (December 31) Drs. Peterson & Peterson in cahoots with Wolcott Rivers P.C. Have finally notified me of an orthodontic bill that my exwife incurred with them (i.E. She allegedly signed a contract with them, but to this day they have failed to produce supporting documentation). Supposedly the original bill was $755.53, but now they are seeking over $1,200.00 and they are trying to get this from me by taking me to court over something that I was never made aware of until May 12.
As soon as I found out about it I contacted them and they stated that there was nothing that they could do and I needed to pay $1,200.00. I explained to them that this is the first time that I heard of it and if they could produce supporting documentation that I would pay the fair amount of 1/2 of the $755.53 bill (divorce decree states that I am liable for 1/2 medical/dental).
What has become of this world when companies disregard common sense and fairness!
