I would like to take this opportunity to share with you our recent home modeling experience that we encountered with Express Flooring. On December 26th the Design Consultant came out to our home and provided us with some wood tile samples. I had already went to Lowes and purchased their wood tile and during the course of the conversation it was explain the difference between your brand and Lowes. Your staff shared on the high quality of workmanship that Express Flooring is known for and then went on to share that he would be able to install our flooring that would have very little grout lines. Just as with regular wood flooring he made it a point to line up the tiles and demonstrate how the tiles would look on our floor. He pointed out the differences if we went with the Lowes tiles and how those tiles would not have straight lines and that their would be a larger grout line. This was one of the selling points on why we chose this tile. It's now March 21st. The repairman did not come out on March 8th due to being sick and they did not arrive today as schedule. Hoping now for March 23rd to have the grout fixed. I paid in full and have had nothing but awful experience from them!
