Express Flooring is ripping people off by keeping their deposits.in July they gave us a ridiculously high quote to install tile and carpeting in our house and we gave them a $100.00 deposit, which the salesman said was refundable. He even wrote "deposit is refundable" on the front of the contract. A few days later when we got a competitive quote that was much lower, we called Express Flooring and cancelled our order. The salesman called us 3 times and we told him each time, the order is cancelled. We have now called Express Flooring several times asking about our refund and are getting the run-around and lame excuses from everyone we talked to. I called the salesman's direct line and he isn't returning my call.
People, DON'T give Express Flooring any deposit money because you will not get it back! I'm just happy we didn't give them more than $100.00 and, now that I've read the bad reviews, I'm even happier we didn't have them do any work in our home.
